The deadline to be considered for the 2019 Mountain Workshops scholarships has passed and we are no longer accepting scholarship applications. Please consider attending the Mountain, we believe their is no better way to improve your skillset than by a week-long immersive process.
We hope that once again, in 2020, we will be able to offer scholarship opportunities.
Through private, corporate and WKUPJ donations, the Mountain Workshops often offer a limited number of half- and full-tuition scholarships to professionals and students from universities other than WKU.
To be considered for a scholarship, once you have been accepted to the workshop of your choosing, please visit the scholarship application page and complete the online form. Deadline for consideration is 11:59 pm CDT Aug. 15, 2019. You will be notified of scholarship acceptance via email by Aug. 25. If you have already paid to hold your position, you will be reimbursed the amount of the scholarship offered.
The Mountain Workshops is an extension of the Photojournalism program in the School of Journalism & Broadcasting, Potter College, Western Kentucky University.
